About Queen City Racquet Club and Fitness Center

Located at 11275 Chester Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45246, Queen City Racquet Club and Fitness Center operates as a tennis club serving Cincinnati in Ohio. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 5:30 am–10 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (513) 771-2835. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is queencityfitness.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Cincinnati is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Cincinnati is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Ohio's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Nice tennis courts, small but good amount of gym equipment, and outdoor pool. Quiet place

Threatening to tow people who parked in your lot because convention parking is full is a real lame move. Especially considering it’s raining outside and your outdoor courts are completely vacant. So I know your guests weren’t struggling for parking.

Bathrooms are consistently gross. IBS splatter inside the toilets in the same place week after week for example. Lack of cleanliness is apparent throughout the building. I might blame the cleaning staff but management needs to inspect these things as well. Weight room is somewhat decent but showing signs of age with cracked final on multiple cushions. People rack up one machine and walk to the next taking up multiple racks at the same time during prime time. Pool is fairly decent in the summertime. Location is good. I hope Queen City pulls it together a little bit better than they've been doing.

Queen City is a great place to play tennis! I joined a few months ago after doing an adult clinic to get back into tennis after many years. The pros are great, the courts are nice, the clubhouse space was just redecorated and is modern and comfortable. I’ve enjoyed playing on a team again and my kids liked the summer tennis camp they did a few years agoβ€” especially swimming in the pool in the afternoons!
